Privacy policy
Last updated October 5, 2026The short version: we only know what you tell us when you call or text, we use it only to get your job done, and we don't sell it to anyone. The longer version is below.
What we collect
There are no forms on this site and no accounts to create. If you call or text (562) 441-4652, we see your phone number and whatever you tell us about the job: usually your name, your address, what needs doing, and that you served.
That's it. We don't ask for your Social Security number, your VA file, or your medical history, and you shouldn't send them to us.
How we use it
To call or text you back, schedule the work, and show up at the right house. That's the whole list.
We don't sell your information, rent it, trade it, or add you to a mailing list.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. We don't follow you around the internet and we don't know who visited.
Two things do happen automatically, the way they do on almost every website. Our hosting company keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses. And the typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them. Google handles that under its own privacy policy.
If we ever add analytics, we'll say so here first.
Who we share it with
The people doing your job. The work is carried out through our companies, listed at the bottom of this page, so the crew needs your name, number, and address.
The company that hosts this website (Vercel) processes visits to the site in order to serve it. Beyond that, we share information only if the law requires it.
Charities & other websites
This site links to other organizations, including the Veterans Crisis Line and charities that help veterans. When you follow a link or call one of them, you're dealing with them directly and their privacy policies apply, not this one.
How long we keep it
Your number and job notes are kept as long as they're useful for helping you: scheduling, follow-up, and a record of what was done. After that they're deleted. If you'd like your information removed sooner, call and ask.
Your choices
Want to know what we have, correct it, or have it deleted? Call or text (562) 441-4652 and ask. California residents have these rights under state law, but you don't need to cite a statute. Just ask.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
